This policy explains what Rumbo collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep collection to what the app needs to work and never sell your data.

What we collect

Account — your name and email from Sign in with Apple.
Profile you provide — optionally a phone number, address and date of birth.
Your content — tasks, notes, campaigns, chat messages and photos you create or upload.
Location — only if you enable location tasks or live location on your Apple TV. Precise location is used for those features and is not shared with third parties.
Device token — an Apple push token so we can deliver notifications.

How we use it

To provide the service: sync your tasks and chats across your devices, deliver notifications, and let the AI assistant you connect manage your tasks on your behalf. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Sharing

Content you put in a shared project or a direct message is visible to the people you share it with. We use Apple (Sign in with Apple, push) and our own servers as processors. We disclose data only if required by law.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Rumbo → More → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile and the content you own, and revokes the Sign in with Apple link. You can also email us to request deletion.

Your choices

You control camera, photos, microphone, contacts, location and notifications from iOS Settings. Declining a permission only disables the related feature.

Children

Rumbo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).
